You may return all unused items purchased at EliteEyewearStudio within 7 calendar days of the original delivery. We will only pay the return shipping costs if it is our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and if free shipping was taken advantage of then $10 will be deducted from your refund. You WILL be charged a restocking fee of 20%.
If you feel that it has been substantially long since you paid and have not received your purchase please email us your order number and your full name so that we can track the package. Please keep in mind that orders to the West Coast can take a little longer to arrive and also keep in mind Holidays. We always try to get your packages out as soon as possible. Please note that items which are backordered can take up to 2 weeks to ship. If you purchase is a backordered item please be patient.
