Can I pay with a money order or a bank certified check?

Yes, we accept both. When sending your payment make sure to include order number, email address, telephone number and your shipping address along with your payment. Unfortunately we don't accept personal checks at this time.

Which address do I send the payment to?

Is it safe to pay with my credit card?

We ensure your Credit Card information is 100% safe and secure. All transactions are secured over 128 bit SSL encryption.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, all orders within the United States are shipped for free. (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded)

How much is shipping if I live in Hawaii, Alaska or outside US?

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is $25 for UPS Second day air. International shipping is $36.99 for USPS Express Mail International service anywhere in the world. (Customs duties may apply). We reserve the right to reject any sale in suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Do you Combine shipping? How much extra is each item?

All items are shipped free of charge within US. Hawaii, Alaska and overseas please add $15 for each additional pair.

How do I get a tracking number for my purchase?

After you have submitted your order we will process and send you an email with a confirmation. Once shipped you will receive tracking information in your email. If you don't receive an email with your tracking number please contact us with your order number and your full name for tracking purposes. We will gladly inform you of your tracking number or the status of your order. Please email orders@eliteeyewearstudio.com for order status and tracking inquiries.

I live in NY/NJ can I pick up my item?

No, due to high number of requests we are unable to have a pick up service.

Do you ship to PO Box?

No, not at this time.

Can you ship my item to a different address?

Yes, as long as your billing address is where you receive your credit card statements.

How do I contact you?

What is your return policy?

You may return all unused items purchased at EliteEyewearStudio within 7 calendar days of the original delivery. We will only pay the return shipping costs if it is our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and if free shipping was taken advantage of then $10 will be deducted from your refund. You WILL be charged a restocking fee of 20%.

I still haven't received my item where is it?

If you feel that it has been substantially long since you paid and have not received your purchase please email us your order number and your full name so that we can track the package. Please keep in mind that orders to the West Coast can take a little longer to arrive and also keep in mind Holidays. We always try to get your packages out as soon as possible. Please note that items which are backordered can take up to 2 weeks to ship. If you purchase is a backordered item please be patient.

What if I forget my order number?

Your order number should be emailed to you within 24 hours of your purchase. If you erase this email and forget your order number please email us at orders@eliteeyewearstudio.com with your full name, email address and shipping address.

Do I have to pay tax?

We are a registered business in the State of New York. All sales which are shipped to NY are subject to a sales tax. This tax will automatically be added to your total.
