Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:

You may return all unused items purchased at EliteEyewearStudio within 14 calendar days of the original delivery. We will only pay the return shipping costs if it is our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and if free shipping was taken advantage of then $10 will be deducted from your refund. You WILL be charged a restocking fee of 10%. 

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Incomplete returns, item found altered with, used or physically damaged will be assessed additional restocking fees depending on condition and EliteEyewearStudio's ability to remarket the returned product OR not accepted completely. 

All prescription orders are not refundable and considered a service. In the case that a prescription is filled incorrectly we will need to receive the frame back so that we can verify that our lab made a mistake, at which point we will fill the job at our cost. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within 14 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 9 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).


Please follow these steps to return the item(s):

Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button next to the item you wish to return. 

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).


Exchanging an item: We gladly accept all requests for an exchange as long as Return policy guidelines are met. There is a 10% restocking fee for exchanges. We do not provide shipping label for exchanges. You can either send us prepaid label with your return or we can invoice you for the shipping fees. New shipments are mailed out within 72 hrs of receiving returned merchandise in original, brand new condition. We do occasionally experience Backorders and will immediately let you know estimated time of shipment if applicable. All wrong item claims must be reported within 48hrs of delivery otherwise it will not be accepted. If wrong item was shipped to you by mistake we will replace it at our expense unless the product is no longer available. Refund Request for wrong item is subject to 10% restocking fee.

Damaged Items:

All damage claims must be reported within 48hrs of delivery otherwise it will not be accepted. All Damaged Items will be replaced unless the product is no longer available. Refund Requests for damaged items is subject to 10% restocking fee.
